APPLYING FOR GRANTS
I support organisations from the very early concept stages of an NLHF project. I can help organisations to help themselves by providing resources to be proactive, well informed and inspired for the challenging road ahead.
My services include tailored support with the pre-application stage, first and second-round applications as well as helping to formulate briefs for work and job descriptions for project posts.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once your NLHF project is awarded I can also provide project management assistance and support. Working closely with key team members I can help ensure the project successfully achieves its aims and objectives, is completed on time and on budget and is also an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.
Helen is incredibly professional and successful, but for our museum her key strengths include her ability to help us help ourselves, assisting us with identifying exactly what we need and ensuring we have the tools to achieve it.
